Exciting new match added to WWE Evolution! (UPDATED CARD)

A historic event like the first ever all-women WWE Pay Per View Evolution, was always going to be a challenge in regards keeping all the fans happy, so it’s been no surprise to hear various rumblings of discontent around some of the advertised matchups.

Though we hope the latest announcement will go some way to appease those naysayers. It’s been a red-hot return for Ruby Riott who fast rise was cut down with injuries, leaving the Riott Squad’s Sarah Logan and Liv Morgan in a bit of a holding pattern until she returned.

At the same time two of the driving force behind the original #WomensRevolution Sasha Banks and Bayley have gotten over their troubles and become a solid unit, they along with Natalya, whose 11 years with the WWE has spanned many eras and Brand’s, and who was also integral in that revolution movement, have recently become a target for the Riott Squad

So when these six superstars were not named in the Battle Royal for a shot at a WWE Women’s Championship, it came as no surprise that their recent run-ins with each other were about to be paid off with a Six-Woman Tag Team Match pitting the two sides against each other at the WWE Evolution PPV event.

After weeks of building tension and animosity, The Riott Squad will attempt to forcefully take the torch of the Women’s Evolution from those who pioneered it when they collide with Sasha Banks, Bayley & Natalya in six-woman tag team action at WWE Evolution.

It is great to see three more of the original members of the Women’s Revolution being rewarded with what many would consider a better spot than a Battle Royal, and also to see three direct beneficiaries of that movement, the Riott Squad, who have done so much to impress in the last 12 months, be chosen to face them. It certainly makes for an intriguing proposition; can the friendship between Bayley and Sasha Banks stand this test? Can Natalya ever really be trusted? Can this trio work as effectively together as the well-oiled machine of the Riott Squad.

All will be answered this coming Sunday (28th October), in Uniondale, New York.

That gives us this updated match card:
